These terms apply to DAWASSI Academy offers (online courses, community and coaching), provided by {name}. Paying for an offer means accepting these terms.
Offers and prices
- Free: $0. The intro course, the guides and the community.
- Member: $15 per month. The full programme.
- VIP: $59 per month. The programme, private lives and closer support.
- Coaching: $299 in one payment, or in 2 instalments (2 × $150). 8 weeks, 4 seats at most at a time.
Prices are set in US dollars. Euro equivalents shown on the site are indicative: the amount that applies is the one shown at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed by Whop Inc. The checkout form shown on the site is Whop’s own: card details never pass through this site and are never stored here.
Access
Access opens as soon as payment is confirmed, with the Whop account used to pay. Coaching happens live with Darryl and opens a private space in the Academy (action plan, call notes, files); it does not include the online courses. With a one-time payment, Coaching access lasts 70 days (the 8 weeks plus a margin); with 2 instalments, it ends after the 8 weeks.
Member and VIP subscriptions: cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically every month. They can be cancelled at any time, in one click from the Whop account. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. The current month is not refunded.
Coaching: refunds
Coaching is refunded in full if the request is made before the kickoff call. Once the kickoff call has taken place, working time is committed: Coaching is no longer refundable. With 2 instalments, the commitment covers both instalments.
Technical problem
If a problem on our side prevents you from accessing what you paid for and we do not fix it within 7 days of your report, we refund the affected period.
Digital content and right of withdrawal
Academy content is available immediately after payment. By requesting this immediate access, the buyer agrees that delivery begins before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, and acknowledges losing that right to the extent permitted by law. This does not change the Coaching refund described above.
No guaranteed results
DAWASSI Academy provides methods, tools and support. Results (sales, income, followers) depend on each person’s work and many outside factors: no result is guaranteed. Examples given in the content are not promises.
Personal use
Access is personal. The content (lessons, videos, guides, templates) may not be shared, resold or distributed without written permission.
Requests and complaints
For a question, a refund request or a complaint: through the Whop support chat of the offer concerned, or by email at darrylwassi@gmail.com. Every request gets a reply within 48 hours, on working days.
Changes
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of payment.
